About This Event
Inspired by Coachella, this end of year party had almost everything you'd get at the iconic festival. Guests entered this celebration through a bespoke built giant branded archway.
Using SafetyCultures brand colours we set up a colourful lunch for 250 guests with huge hanging tassel installations from the ceiling, festive bonbons, vibrant napkins, florals and menus.
Then guests made their way outside to be greeted by multiple entertaining activities. We set up a makeup bar, Messina ice cream cart, an animal farm, local beer tasting, a psychic, caricaturist, a Bucking Bronco, Aperol Spritz cart, and garden games! Towards the evening the guests enjoyed dancing to a DJ playing epic tunes, surrounded by colourful bespoke built palm trees and giant SAFETYCHELLA letter backdrop.
